Probably 5 or 6. Last year I was putting away about 500ml on a Friday and Saturday night. Very unhealthy. Id go to bed fairly squiffy.

Too many. Liquor doesnt get me as drunk as quickly as malt beverages. 2 4 lokos will get me right and that's equivalent to about 10 6% beers. It takes more than 10 shots of Jack to get me to the same place.

48 oz. at 13% abv is like 8 beers so maybe 10 is a bit of an overestimate but not by much.

Two to get buzzed. Haven't been drunk in a long time, but maybe 5? I don't really have a tolerance for alcohol anymore since the amount of times I significantly drink in a year (even pre-pandemic) I can count on one hand. And the amount of times I have alcohol at all I can count on two.

I guess its how it affects me. Ive noticed different drinks affect me differently. 4 lokos are more intense than Jack. Jack makes me feel warmer however.

Buzzed means you feel the alcohol but are still completely aware of what you're saying and doing. Drunk means you're taking a piss in someone's aquarium.

If I pound them pretty quickly, I'd say about 4-5 would get me feeling pretty good.

Also anyone saying they need ten shots... like are you talking over the course of an hour or two?

Cause ten shots just one after the other straight down the hatch would get me damn drunk and I handle my liquor pretty well.

I volunteered on a course teaching law enforcement to conduct roadside sobriety testing. It's great because they get you drunk then tell you how much you drank and what you blew on the breathalyzer.

21oz of whiskey, blew 1.5x the legal limit.

I'm used to drinking Rumpleminze, which is 100 proof, with my friend when we go out and it takes about a half dozen of those to give me a good buzz.

Like, on a full stomach I could probably take 3 shots, wait ten minutes, and then still pass a breathalyzer (not that I'd chance driving). 4 might put me over that, but I would still consider that buzzed.

It would take about 7 to be what I'd consider drunk
