Weight is a much more complicated thing than choosing to smoke a cigarette. I don't know her labs or anything about this woman's health aside from her weight - which probably will take a toll on her with age, admittedly. Even if she's incredibly unhealthy at this juncture that's not an apt comparison whatsoever unless you're some libertarian blowhard who's completely oblivious to social sciences.

Girl A isn't really my type, but I'm not into ssbbws (bbws are okay though). So my vote goes to A.
