Adding sexual elements to major games would increase immersion exponentially for minimal work and resources. Not that animating sex scenes or creating interactive sex scenes is easy, but compared to the sheer amount of resources and work that it would require to add another new feature to games that could have as big of an impact as this it is minimal. But yet prudes like games mods will never allow it because 'but think of da childrens!'

Maybe if you didn't suck as a parent this wouldn't be an issue. Or even better, if you didn't engage in sex in the first place you wouldn't have to ruin my gamez! Or at least used safe sex practices. These god damn IRL degenerates gotta ruin my gaming experience. I want all the immersion in all the games.

Added immersion to gameplay experience and having real life sexual intercourse are not mutually exclusive things. The only mutually exclusive thing is not practicing safe sex and ending up as a prude who all of a sudden has to protect anything a child might see because they are too lazy to parent them.

I recall it was mentioned in the game's pitch back when they were still funding it. Like it was an entire selling point and gameplay feature that your waifus could be monster alien breeding stock.

Here we are, right from the Kickstarter;
