Current Events > how do I get bigger hair

So, I realized this past year that I actually want volume in my hair. So I have been trying to grow it in such a way, not where it's "long", but big. However this is as far I can take it before it falls flat. Ceman with volume please give advise. I'd really like to be Spike Spiegel by the end of the year

I may consider this. Blow drying also helps, but I honestly hate applying heat to my hair at all, I don't even run hot water on my head.

It's a fine balance trying to accomplish this without murdering my hair.

Couple of things I reckon:

• you can buy shampoo and conditioner that add volume to hair
• blow dry cold instead
• but some hair mouse and blow dry

blow dry cold.... this is brilliant! I have been putting some product in but not blow drying it at all, so I suppose Ill start trying that

haha yeah I only found this method out a few months ago

so just add some moose to damp hair (optional if you want some hold) and cold blow dry away

I would use moose as its easier to wash off and you can run your fingers through your hair throughout the day without feeling the product

its like getting beach hair when strolling on the beach on a windy day

I was watching a video that reccomended not using conditioner. Which sounds like it would drive me crazy, but also like it might make sense

For healthier hair use a good pomade instead of mouse

Volume shampoo, redken pomade, blow dry and use a brush while blow drying. I have similar hair as yours. You just need to tame it a little too.

Also a little sea salt and water spray might help. I don't use conditioner often, and I don't use mousse cuz it doesn't work for me but to each their own.
