KogaSteelfang 03/23/21 6:13:53 PM #1:	At first I thought she was just a weirdo. We get plenty of those, and I don't mind them too much. This lady had a sphynx cat and was letting it run all over the lobby. When I went to check her in she started playing loud music and dancing. At this point the cat jumped my desk and ran off into the storage room. Finally got her checked in, grabbed her cat, and sent her to her room. Only for her to stop in the middle of the room and scream, sit down and start crying. She said she was just tired and was going to go take a nap, so I encouraged her to her room again(she was freaking out the other guests). So then later, one of guests that saw her freak out told me that she got arrested at the restaurant next to us. Said she was playing loud music, dancing around in nothing but her underwear, and cussing at everyone that got close to her. This guest told me that her cat was probably up in her room alone and that I needed to check on it... So I called her room to make sure it was empty. Turns out the police just brought her back here and dropped her off. So she came back to my desk and made a scene for an hour and a half. My manager was considering calling the cops again, but decided against it. When I left last night she was in the parking lot complaining about the cops to another guest. They did end up calling the police on her again after I left. She was seriously just wearing a bra and leggings, running around and stretching/posing on every surface she could reach. Said she had 3 shots of tequila and a margarita before she got kicked out of the restaurant. She kept going on about her mental illness, using it as an excuse to do whatever she wanted. According to her, the only reason she got removed was because they didn't understand mental illness. So, I think it was just that she got high, drunk, and probably was unstable to begin with. She didn't even know what state she was in or what day of the week it was. Everything about the situation felt wrong on every level. Also... Oh my god. This has been the weekend from hell. Between both hotels we have 170 rooms. Friday night I got stuck running both and they both sold out entirely. Last night wasn't any better, elevator exploded, running fully sold out hotel again(just 1 though), and my manager arranged for a beauty pageant photo shoot to happen... So not only was I dealing with my 80 rooms and a broken elevator, but there were literally like 150 people crowded around the entire downstairs area for the photo shoot. It was way too many people.
