I tend to experiment pretty wild. Sometimes its often its not bad and sometimes great. Its why I want to experience eating and cooking different cuisines as I can use different techniques in more dishes.

Most of my experimentation comes from heat application and messing with the dozens of herbs/spices i have.

Usually the stuff that's in my pantry are food items I'm familiar with cooking in the first place. QED. It's not like I live with a shopping elf who just stocks my pantry with random shit.

Or, they're leftover portions -- like 4 oz of sour cream when last week I needed 4oz and the grocery store only had 8 oz containers -- which I can then maybe daisy chain and acquire additional food stuffs which result in other leftover portions and just
