I've definitely seen it in syndication, but I'm sure it varies by region. It is pretty bad though. The episode that I hadn't seen until streaming was a thing was The Puerto Rican Day. The character subplots were gold except Elaine's. The worst episode is The Pen. Keeping the two best characters off the show was a bad call. Worse the situations in Florida weren't funny. --- Beware the fanatic!
