Some sort of Flashpoint or multiverse fuckery is all thats left if they want the traditional X-Men world setup. At least in regards to mutants showing up because of Wanda's powers. As far as I remember anything can happen during the filming of that show, within reason. There is only 1 Mojo, but he exists between all realities. Meaning, by definition if they wanted to they could have Sue Storm(Jessica Alba) face off against Vulture(Spiderman: Homecoming). It would also be a way to introduce all 3 Spidermen and start the Spider Wars. How they would introduce Madame Web, I don't know. I personally would be a fan of them introducing a time rift with an older Peter Parker(Played by Voice Actor Christopher Daniel Barnes, the voice actor for Spiderman 94') coming through and warning Tom Holland and Dr. Strange of a threat to all existence. Then 3 snaps on earth, an alien invasion which left plenty of alien debris, the hex. So many events that could cause the x gene to activate.
