Yeah you could depending on where you live. If starter houses cost $100,000 near you then yeah.

You would probably wanna wait until you have a healthy downpayment though. Or have a room mate of some kind.

Yes you could. Fha loans currently are close to 3.5 percent for a down payment and are pretty lax on ratios. Credit score over 580 can even get you a loan. You could probably afford like 200 to 300k depending on what other debt you have.

You know I do too, no grass to cut, washer broke 2 years ago, they replace it right away.
But whoever lives below me has been so noisy, i usually just play white noise on my speakers when Im falling asleep.
