Like the sort of dreamlike soundscape with the vocals reverberating and becoming part of the DNA of its dreamlike soundscape, the paranoia and military realism with real world events and an overall cynicism with its blistering cold environments.

The Twin Snakes didn't have any of that and is a bad remake because it just didn't really understand the "feel" and mise-en-scene of the original.
