This isn't an innocent harmless clueless old lady, she doesn't get off scot free just because she's old. There's no excuse for going into a building without a facemask and indignantly refusing to comply with their safety rules. She has no excuse.

There was no convincing her. Even at the threat of arrest she still refused. At that point the arrest is beyond justified
