he also lied about stuff Tevin said and that he streamed it on Twitch which was false. Tevin used his Youtube channel for it. People are already sending screencaps to Twitch and reporting Phil for targeted harassment... and Tevin's a partner while Phil is still freshly booted from that tent. Phil better hope his luck holds.

It's really about jealousy, Phil can't stand that Tevin not only is bigger than he is (and was even before the partnership loss) but that he's a partner while Phil is not.

At least with the artwork, they'd get something out of it. Pouring money into DSP is equivalent to tossing it into a fire, although you get some kind of benefit from the heat of the fire.

To be fair isn't that guy also incredibly toxic and also worthy of being banned outright? It's not like he is sending his fans after someone innocent. I don't know what was said but it just sounds like he's encouraging people to do something about the harassment which is fair game to me

Sorry, but there's no point to do that. That's absolutely against the rules. That's like saying it's okay for me to stream something on TV without permission. That absolutely should apply, especially when you know damn well it's about trolling. If anyone wants a fix of Phil being a dumb ass just go to the stream or catch the highlight reel

Distributors allow games to be streamed. Do you not know what the word consent is? It's different for everything. I'm pretty sure it's against various terms of service to rebroadcast someone else for trolling purposes or for any reason really. You're basically saying it's okay to stream things illegally

Playing games badly, dead air, doing tip audits and spending 3 hours ranting on pre stream is not transformative, which is one of the reasons why blip tv (apart from the anti semitic rant) decided to drop him.

Dude, set aside your hate boner and be logical for one seconds. Whether something is bad or not doesn't change the fact that it's original content. This is why I hate this community sometimes, it doesn't just become about laughing at Phil but aggressively pouring it on until people prove him right about certain things. I'm not arguing about bannings, Phil deserved all of those, I'm just saying someone actually doing their own thing and trying to be entertaining is far more respectable than sifting through drama and talking about it/broadcasting someone else's work

I've seen a bit of tevin's streams, and the restream is a lot more like background noise. Tevin is doing Just Chatting, with an occasional glance at dsp when something interesting happens.

Restreaming a twitch stream isn't illegal, is it? Just against the TOU.

Also is it really "doing your own thing" when thousands of other people do the exact same thing and possibly better?

Phil did an "interview" with Jeremy from The Quartering and it was just a mutual ass kissing session, the guy didn't press him on anything and just agreed with him. It was sad. Phil put conditions like he had to see all the questions beforehand and Diva shit like that. It was a total sham.
