I vividly remember getting this game for Christmas in 1990. I was so excited and played the absolute shit out of it. Turtles in Time is definitely the better game, but TMNT II: The Arcade Game is the most special to me. I'm very excited for the new game.

Are we going to co-op this? It has online. I think cross platform play is still up in the air at the moment.

I was always kinda stumped on why cross platform is such a hurdle. The server doesn't care what platform it's getting requests from. All I can come up with is that it's not a technical problem. Maybe contractual or something, I dunno.

Because game companies don't like to play nice with each other. Especially not first party platform holders. Remember that the whole issue in the PS3 generation was that Sony didn't want to play with the other companies. Xbox and Nintendo were more than happy to play with each other.

Im out in the Chicago suburbs. Been to Headquarters a few times, although that one wasnt really a dive bar. Loved the combo of arcades and constant old school WWF PPVs playing.

I was just talking to the Tribute Games chaps (who did Mercenary Kings, brilliant game, playing it currently) on their discord, they are part of TMNT as well, and they dont know yet if its coming on PS4 as well

hehe yeah i just google'd it and had no idea "dive bar" has negative connotations. i thought it really was any of those nice places because you can just go in w/o reservations or nice clothes lol.

Headquarters is 10/10. Fuckin love Chicago.

Yeah, when I hear Dive Bar, I think of places that feature PBR on tap, 50 year olds are the prevailing demographic, and theres older music playing that Ive never heard before. It also might smell like smoke still, despite smoking being banned for decades.

gross yeah we don't go to those lol

I mean I've been to those in the past (Whiskey houses in Madison Wisconsin mostly) but they're not my general cup of tea unless I know for sure there's some deep life experience I can get from old timers there, but that's rare. Cigar lounges are better for that.
