Like, they're just an elaborate prank on gullible, desperate dudes, right?

You know, like making up fake cheat codes to laugh when somebody actually tries it.

if a girl already thinks you're attractive, it'll work. if she doesn't, it won't.

in reality, it has nothing to do with the line itself. it's just a way of opening so you can see if she likes you or not because its not socially acceptable to just go up and ask if they are interested (although that can be a pickup line too, I suppose)
