Pretty sure the panic attack I had last night was brought on by me thinking about asking her to lunch after work today (we both get out around noon)

Other girls doubtful, I've legitimately never had a girl talk to me this much before and she's apparently not interested at all so stands to reason none have ever been in my life

And I legitimately don't know how it's possible to ever love myself, I don't think even with therapy it's possible to not actively dislike myself given everything that's wrong with me

There's a middle ground between loving yourself and being so internally self-destructive that you will emotionally drain your partner

Generally speaking, telling someone to love themselves first is garbage advice. But you do have to have some semblance of confidence and motivation. Or at least just something telling you it's possible

In this case, it was possible. You were just nervous and made an awkward mistake, now you know what not to do next time. Of course, nobody here is going to be able to convince you that. Which is why you need to see a professional and explain everything to them

Dude there's obviously an air about you since you so adamantly think you're a loser. You're literally sabotaging yourself before you even have a chance to do anything. How many days do you want people on here to plead with you to make a change? You walked for 30 minutes yesterday or two days ago, keep doing that. Go on myfitnesspal and log 1500 cal per day. Drink 2L of water per day. Really, really should shop around for therapy. You need to build up a self image, you were too worried that you're a poser or something that's why you gave off a jittery vibe to her. Forget everything about that and just try to fix yourself man. There's nothing else that needs to be said. Anyone who insults you for this when it's clear you're self sabotaging due to utter lack of self image, is a total dipshit

I really do think I keep it pretty hidden irl but idk

I can do the rest but 1500 calories per day sounds like fucking misery

1500 calories is pretty low especially if you're overweight

if you're as big as you say, you can probably do closer to 2k and still lose weight and be less miserable. you don't even need to eat healthy foods (even though you probably should), just cut the portions

I'm 5'11 240 maybe pushing 245 right now, I haven't actually weighed myself in a while just guessing

yeah, 2000 calories is much more realistic and you'd probably lose about a pound a week on average which is a healthy speed to lose. It takes time but eventually you'll get to where you want to be

i'm not you so idk exactly what you're going through. but i went through a bad time between ages 18-25. I had no friends and I didn't talk to a single soul in college outside of group projects. I got rejected by girls a few times in HS and gave up even trying to date for years. Losing weight (started when I was 24) was my first step to not hating myself and it also gave me a lot more confidence in my appearance which to more confidence in general and I'm in a much better place than I used to be
