Sportsaholic 03/02/21 8:46:29 PM #1:	Living in California youre required to have health insurance. So I got health insurance simply because it was required and my job at the time didnt offer it. Then because of Covid I got laid off. Got a ton of unexpected unemployment and got a new job that pays me almost double my previous job. Yet I have to pay back some of the health insurance credit - despite the unemployment and new job coming after the Obamacare insurance was unenrolled (basically my income for the year was super backloaded). Thankful that I paid a lot in student loan interest or else I would have had a large tax bill. My state refund offsets the amount I owe to the IRS.
