The only thing they care about is politics. Its kinda like when someone joins the army the only thing you see them wear outside of the army is their camouflage shirts. Enjoy your lives arguing about the same things over again and living your life around your parties viewpoints. Arv prefers to see sheep on the farm not the streets. Anyways have fun being miserable because both sides cant agree on something!! Buh bye!

People who make one single thing their entire Identity are insufferable. Political parties, college footbal teams, sexual orientation, anime etc.

"Turning to politics" is a bit of twisted view on the subject, tbh. Some have the politics come to them when they're denied marriage licensees and such.

It's even worse when you work in politics. Because you realize that a good chunk of the people are little more than bullies who are utterly incapable yet get re-elected because they are of the proper party and the public will never see how they do stuff like start fights because they didn't get a copy of someone's resume when they aren't involved in the boards that said person is being nominated for.

I don't think the problem is people being passionate when it comes to certain political issues. I think the problem is people defining themselves by the tribal identity of their political party and placing loyalty to it above all else.
