Same for me as well; had an iPhone 11 pro max and sold it to purchase the original Fold off of Ebay from a reseller. Used that to trade it in on the Samsung site and knocked off $1k of the $2k selling price for the Fold 2. Love watching videos and multitasking on it. Gaming's also great.

I have a Z Flip and I'll never go back to a standard phone.

People just don't understand how awesome it is to have a small phone in my pocket that can be normal size at anytime.

Worst thing about the Z Fold is I've seen way too many come back broken.

I could see myself graduate to a Fold from my Note, but the Fold has to get the flagship cameras to match. The Note line has always seemed to be a refinement of the S model for the given year so if they intend for the Fold to replace the Note, it needs the kitchen sink. S Pen, flagship cameras, SD card expansion, etc.
