They have to wait until the lease is up, but they can write to tell you that you that this is the last time they can lease.

if you have a timed lease, which we dont, then the lease transfers to the new owner. then once its up yeah they can kick you out.

i know if hes kicking us out we have 60 days, but we have shit credit right now since we're in the middle of a bankruptcy. no one is going to rent to us.

me and wife and my unborn child are going to be homeless.

Sounds like an easily exploitable loophole. What's to stop them from just creating a dummy company to buy the house then sell it back to them when they feel like getting rid of a tenant?
That seems like an unnecessarily convoluted way to just not renew the lease.
