It's not specific to gta, he's using that as an example. The bill is written to apply to "violent games" more broadly (it actually expands the states current definition). I remember when we banned Duck Hunt in Illinois because you couldnt go a block without seeing someone shooting birds from out their windows. Thank god it solved that problem.
