Not sure what the correct term is. It's like when they tell an actor. "Okay you are a poor single father in New York trying to make it big. Action!"
In dreams it'd be like "okay you're going back to school. Action!" Sometimes, it gets really detailed and specific. It's just odd that you get thrown in the middle of some random shit, but you already know what's going on. --- You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending. -Misattributed to CS Lewis ...
