At that point that would have been a huge success because it looked like we were going to hit 500,000esq figures in 2021 Huge Qualifier: If he had actually done his job before that point, he could have saved a lot more lives. But when he said "If only 200,000 die we did a good job" at that specific moment going forward, it was true.
