It objectively does. The military has conducted numerous studies on this. Increased diversity enhances quality of behavior and mental/social flexibility.

You clearly dont understand the question. Living in is not exposure.

I am in exposure to all this diversity (day-to-day life, workplace and college) and my answer is still no.

Are you saying that youre not a good person? Or are you saying that everyone around you would be better people if the area was less diverse?

I'd say as a general rule of thumb, it can make you a more rounded and maybe more empathetic person. (I'm not happy about the vagueness of what "better" is supposed to mean.) But there are exceptions, because familiarity can also breed contempt.

It can be a bad thing oftentimes honestly. I mean how many lives lost or wars started due to cultural differences throughout human history?

Doeasnt help that most people biologically prefer their own race and culture to that and others. Along with the company of like minded individuals who share their opinions and beliefs.

Do your own words not answer what is to blame here? Diversity isnt the problem, being its being non-diversified led to those wars lol.

Ehh, "better person" is so subjective. I think it can definitely be good and I agree with what I think you mean, but I don't know if I agree with that phrasing. Not sure why it bothers me

I remember that one time we sent a rover to Mars in the name of science just to start piecing out what resources we have there to use for later :o

You could probably say on average it leads to a healthier outlook than a closed group, but a "better person" is too subjective and the criteria are too dissimilar to be useful metric.
