It's getting really annoying and I want them to stop. Problem is, I don't think they're technically committing any crimes. I find it quite disruptive and don't want to hear them anymore; would they get even more mad at me if I went up to them and asked them to stop?

If it's really loud/disturbing call the cops and make a noise complaint or something.

People will hate on me for saying that but if they're the type screaming the n-word super loud at night I doubt they are the kind of people who will respond nicely to a polite knock on the door asking them to tone it down.

Also most areas have a set time, and if you are loud after that time they can get hit with disturbing the peace. Its 10 here on weekdays.

I hear loud noises coming from my neighbors a lot too. Stuff like "Hit me bitch, I dare you to hit me, I want you to hit me."

And then she'd slam the door so hard that the whole apartment building rattles. I won't call the police as I don't live in a nice neighborhood...or it won't be nice if I become a snitch <_<
