Yes, I'm late to the party myself, hopped on the YUGE hype wagon way late, only got it a couple of weeks ago, finally.
And blimey, what a darn fine game. Everything is so good about it. Incredibly tight and accurate gameplay, fantastic looks and animation, excellent level design, insane replay value, almost too many gun combinations to craft. Not to mention the crazy fun co-op. Absolute must-have for anyone who loves action platformers, imo. How I did not get it sooner is baffling.

Bought it years ago. Has a very Metal Slug feel to it. I enjoyed it but never beat it. The missions got tough really fast.

Yes it can get tough but you alsocraft better guns and armour. Do you still play it ?

Allow me to suspect that as a YUGE Megaman fan, you may well actually love this. Very tight platforming action as well, not that different from Megaman, in the spirit.
