Don't listen to the "shave it off and own it!" crowd - these are typically baldies with sour grapes or guys who've never known the pain of hair loss. I've been on fin for 7.5 years now and have maintained a thick, full Norwood 1 because of it. I got on it at the first sign of thinning. Zero side effects (more Project Fear as usual). I mean, I don't mind taking Finasteride, but I'm worried about the side effects. Not tryna get erectile dysfunction or prostate cancer or anything like that. But I'll look into it. If you still have hair on your scalp, but it's thinner, then there's a good chance it will thicken up. If a part of your scalp is totally bald, however, then that hair is lost for good. Oh wow.
