Rival marriages being taken out is the biggest disappointment imo. I loved that mechanic and more games need to use it, not less.

didnt know about offering Cliff the job when I was a kid

There's an event where Cliff comes back to town and just starts working at the winery completely irrelevent of you aside from triggering the event.

Its awkward to trigger, but IIRC it was in the original FOMT too.
