I like how the direction of the anime where the main antagonist posed an actual threat to goku and co. I dont see why Merged Zamasu cant go toe to toe with veggetto blue since goku black already proved to be stronger than both goku and vegeta in blue. There's really no need to stick on this power level accuracy like what toyotaro did which hurts and really makes his version of goku black looks so weak and unimpressive. And what I heard about toyotaro being more faithful to toriyama's original direction of the manga which was an excuse to make the manga seems more canon to the anime run which i found to be bullshit. Its clearly to me that the toei had much better ideas than toriyama ever was if u want to stick with that narrative. Not to mention how unreadable the manga was in the tournament of power with toyotaro obssesing over bland character reaction shot over and over again. The anime did a better job of fleshing out the other universes miles better than just u7 vs jiren and other universes in the manga.
