Wake up. You have to wake up. *currently a preta/hungry ghost*
Dai Grepher: I was wrong. My entire theory is incorrect. Zero Mission IS a remake of Metroid.

Awesome theme. It's from a small portion from track 2 of The Empire Strikes Back soundtrack.
Wish John Williams can still compose this good. Nothing in the latest trilogy was this close.

Skyhook battle had the best music in that game.

I used the knife. I saved a child. I won a war. God forgive me.

I love this game, so many fun memories about it.

My dad got it for me for Christmas. He and my brother let me choose a gift to open early that year. My dorky elementary school ass went for the super fancy wrapped gift, which turned out to be an RF adapter for the N64... they got a laugh out of it lol. Then they let me open the bland wrapped gift and it was SOTE. Played the shit out of it. Hate the sewers -_-

Yep!

The orchestra and chorus are so perfectly in line with each other it sounds like John Williams composing a cross-universe battle between Picard's Enterprise and Vader's Super Star Destroyer

Shadows of the Empire was the game that actually made me appreciate the OT's soundtrack. I'd get the tracks they used for certain stages drilled into my head, and then go rewatch ANH and ESB and think 'oh yeah, that's the track from when the Rebel fleet is approaching the Death Star,' or 'that's the track from when Boba Fett is leaving Bespin with Han.'

Great game in its own right too, really ahead of its time in a lot of ways. Tangling up AT-ATs with a cable was an amazing feeling, and if I'm remembering Jedi mode correctly, it made damage realistic for both you and the enemies (everyone could only take a couple hits before dying), something I really wish more games would implement.

And those sewer levels with those fucking dianogas did more to trigger my thalassophobia than the infamous TMNT dam level ever could.

So many hours playing this game as a kid.

It won't happen but it'd be dope if it got a full remake. I was the only one out of a few of my friends who could beat certain levels, I believe the Train level was insanely hard for a majority of my friends.

It was a tough one with all that jumping, but the atmosphere was so cool.
