Educational *
I have some where I had to give proof, like when I was applying for a state job... I didn't get. But normally that never happens when I am looking for non government work. I am not suggesting one should try to lie about their education just because that can always come back to bite you. but I was just wondering what happens with that, do they just take your word for it. So say someone had a degree in Human Relations and they said their degree was in human resources. How likely is that to be discovered . And once more even reading it myself seems like I am looking to game the system. I not, it was just something that was bugging me. --- Bender: Well, everybody, I just saved a turtle. I don't know . I always hate having to write down the street address of my high school because it moved the year after I graduated.

I have had jobs ask for my transcripts. Since I owe the school, I don't have access to them. After that they didn't seem to care.
Most jobs in IT and communications have asked me about my experience. It seems they care more about that. --- "He busted in, blessed be the Lord Who believe any mess they read up on a message board" -MF DOOM ... Copied to Clipboard!

Someone, somewhere, will check. Eventually. I know of people, including a cousin who lost jobs for lying on their resume. My cousin had the job 5 years before they found out he lied about job experience.
There are people - often named Karen - whose entire job is to get people terminated. --- Not everyone is suitable to kill a lion - Maasai proverb. ... Copied to Clipboard!
