So YaY I am eligible for vaccine but so is everybody else in Illinois practically.

I do not know the distribution problem. One possible problem is that Chicago Illinois has way more health care facilities per head count than most of the USA.

Residency Programs probably a 100

Nursing and Technicians LOTs and Lots of colleges and city colleges

So Tag if you feel up to it and at least vote. I am hoping someone will become aware that Chicago needs to be boosted for the reasons above.

Was looking for source for Chicago Department of Public Health cutback employees from 2000 to 475.

What I found is that US as a whole has hollowed out public health and some employees working 7 days a week qualify for public aid.

My mom is scheduled for the first dose Feb. 22 and I am March 1st. We're eligible because we technically work in health care, since we're paid for some hours each week through a state program for taking care of my handicapped brother.
