I don't mind scantly clad I just fine it boring, seeing everything takes away the imagination, like skirts that constantly show you panty shots, I'd rather the mystery or, and I'm sure I'm alone in this, waiting for the in between shot that shows them but doesn't call attention to them so you'd only see it if you were looking there in the first place.

Moss on The End's suit is what fed him, as opposed to Quiet having her body modified directly. That being said: All her costumes directly contradict this "very important reason", and you get them almost immediately.

I looked it up on the wiki and (MGS5 spoilers) apparently it was the End's body. The parasite that apparently gave Quiet her abilities was actually first recovered from his corpse.
