Just played it for the first time. First off the game is gorgeous, hard to believe it was made by an indie developer cause it has to be one of the best looking games I have ever played.

So much of the game was so harrowing and stressful but man what an experience. Really looking forward to the sequel.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty incredible storytelling. The gameplay got a bit stale, but it wasn't a long game and the story more than engages enough. I primarily play for story anyway. Next to the movie Clean, Shaven it's also one of the most well-done portrayals of a schizophrenia I've seen in any media. They did a great job. Those constant whispers are hella creepy.

My only disappointment is I haven't had an Xbox since the original and the sequel is going to be exclusive to it.

Played it for the first time late last year. As someone who suffers from being on the brink of schizophrenia becuase of my crippling depression, this game was very accurately portrayed its almost scary with the insane amount of details and research that went into it. Nearly had a hard fucking time getting through it also but by the very end when it was all said and done, that ending hit me the hardest the most. Im not going to go into much about it but, I think it has a lot of interpretations on what it means. Really excited for Hellblade 2 by the way!!
