I've only ever had it in this specific dish, I believe. But I have had this kind of salad at a few different Burmese/South East Asian restaurants. Burma Love definitely has one of the best ones I've tried. I've seen prepacked versions of this salad at Whole Foods in the Bay Area when I worked there too, so that might be worth looking into if you're curious to try it out and can't find any local Burmese restaurants.
