BoF3 is one of my favorite RPGs ever, but I didn't kare much for BoF4.

Breath of Fire by virtue of both games being 10/10 games. Every other series on that list has at least one game on the console that is no better than average (or outright bad in the case of Final Fantasy and Persona)

Not surprised that FF is dominating, but Suikoden 2 is one of my all time favorite games, so that got my vote.

Final Fantasy just had too many good entrees in that generation. FFVII-FFIX, and Tactics on top of that.
While I would rank Suikoden II above them, and Lunar 2/Breath of Fire III/Wild Arms on par with my fav (FFIX), Final Fantasy just has the numbers to take the win. --- "If history is to change, let it change! Suikoden is possibly the best jrpg series period ignoring consoles. Dragon quest is the only one that I would put on the same level.
