It's not subscription services, it's fully eating out 2+ times a week that kill people financially.

On the low end, 4x a week equates to $45 and on the high end $80. You could just magically be losing $180-$320 a month.

Cook at home and learn how to make meals for $4/Plate and just get your calories in 2 sittings. Then food costs you $8/Day 365 = $2920/Year = $243/Month

Man that really large family

My family only have 3 people and we cook at home.

Only spent 123.69 usd for groceries that can last for a month and a half.

We eat rice every day. Usually buy 10kg of rice. Most of the time we eat chicken and egg only, fish sometimes and meat when we celebrate something.

Water bill 4.95 usd every month
Electric bill 24.74 usd every month

We live in a kind of culture where we think towards immediate gratification and not long term. We need to do a better job of educating our youth on finances. My parents were terrible spenders and when I moved out, I found myself being totally clueless about money and being the same way. High rent for my income because I wanted a nice place, spending on clothes and makeup and racking up credit card debt while just paying minimum payments (while not really understanding that I was paying more money to borrow it), etc. It wasnt until I met my husband who pointed those things out to me and helped me understand better that I was able to change those habits. Flat out said we werent getting married until my debt was cleared and worked with me on it. Now I look back like wtf, why was I so dumb about money before.

I live in asia country so with asian parents it really strict with money.

I and little brother already get use too it.

Even when we work my mom will ask half my salary to keep in bank.

Sometime I really angry about it but it for long term so I just enjoy with the half of the salary and buy what I really want.
