I prefer medium. No raw shit, no burnt shit.

Gimme a medium filet mignon. No sauce.

Fuck that shit for a high end steak. I want to taste the steak in all it's splendor.

Basic cuts are okay with steak sauce, but I eat those plain anyway.

Sauce is for shit you can't stand. But, in some cases, it can intermingle well, I guess.
