Wii_Shaker 01/30/21 8:31:22 PM #6:	Games are by definition escapism. You would literally be better off journaling for an hour than playing games and stewing in your emotions. Though on the other hand, I could see playing games allowing you to process problems in your life passively while you play. Possibly: WoW and other MMO's, EVE online, mobas and team shooters. Games that encourage team participation, healthy attitudes, spreadsheeting and planning, and mental fortitude. A lot of these games are also full of skinner traps,k though, which can literally make you less intelligent.
