After 15 mins, added the sunflower seeds, more olive oil, honey mixed with a little bot of water and champange vinegar, a bit of parmesan and some black pepper. Back in the oven.

Yeh Im gonna make veggies even more of a norm in my diet. Im no vegetarian or anything but If I can skip meat some meals while thinking about nutrients its all good. Especially when its this tasty

see, this is what happens when you cut out the meat! :D :D I will never cut out meat, fish etc completly since that is also super delish.
