Eh. I dont play these games for hardcore gamer bosses that all require rolling around their attack strings and poking a large beast in the ass 100 times. I mean that's nice, and DeS has some, but the bosses for the most part are more unique and puzzle like, which is fine.

The lack of bonfires is great. The atmosphere is great. The fact you can play the game in any order without shit gated off till end game is great. The lore is great. It's very experimental and trolly with weird shit like tendency, scraping spear, etc. I love it. Honestly if it had the 6th archstone making it a bit longer I would have it above DS1 because because how tedious the end sections of DS1 are.

Just don't play as a mage lol. The magic is boring af and too powerful. But that's pretty much true for all their games aside from DS2 tbh.

This isn't even remotely funny. First of all, I go to the gym 3 days a week. Monday is for my chest, shoulders, forearms and triceps. Wednesday is leg day, so that includes my calves, hamstrings, quadriceps and glutes (my girlfriend likes to say that glutes aren't necessary, but the other day when we were playing DDR at her mom's house she slipped and fell right on her ass, and then proceeded to whine about it for hours; wouldn't have happened if she'd had that extra layer of muscle). Friday is biceps, lats, abs, back, etc., the misc. stuff. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are for cardio. Most days I run a minimum of 10 miles, but occasionally I'll opt to bike down to the local brewery and drink a nice IPA with the other guys who frequent there. Sunday is for church and it's sinful to partake in exercise (even though your body is a temple, and fortifying it should be glorifying God, so I don't quite get it).
Secondly, frozen pizza is disgusting. Not only is it horrible to fill your body with such greasy tripe, but half the time the cheese gets messed up in the baking process and all of it will come right off the pizza. That's just bread with tomato sauce on it. Usually I cook my own meals (my fiancee is gluten-free and vegan so I have to balance my menu around that), but sometimes I'll stop by Chick Fil A and get a spicy deluxe meal as a treat for myself. It's so fresh I hardly remember it's fast food. But yeah, I don't eat frozen shit lol. Delete your account kid

It's a great game, but it's by far the worst. I can never understand how it's always rated so high up other than the typical "the original/first game of the series is always the best!" trope mindset that lots of people have

Bloodborne Dark Souls 3 > Demon's Souls > Dark Souls Dark Souls 2

I enjoyed the first Dark Souls, but I feel that it does nothing better than the others, other than how the world connects, IMO.

it probably has the weakest selection of bosses in the franchise, its quality dips dramatically during the second half, and while the world design is great, the actual areas aren't as impressive as the rest.

it only gets a slight edge over Dark Souls 2 due to DS2 not being as polished, and the bosses being relatively simple (haven't played the DLC, though).

The DS2 DLCs (optional areas aside) are really good. And pretty lengthy when you combine the 3. If I could skip the main game and just play the DLCs I would actually like 2 a good amount.

I'd personally put DaS1 as the best game, but DeS is my personal favorite for all those reasons. It's so much more compelling than any of the others.

You and I have different definitions of fun. I dont play these games for them to be the fast paced action games they are becoming. I'll just go play a better action game if that's all I want. I get more enjoyment from the weird, oppressive, esoteric, and punishing RPG elements of the earlier games. The only area the new games are punishing in is the combat. Which is mitigated by the fact they now place a bonfire every 10 steps or so.

Also the bolded part is important. Those are some of the most important parts of these games and you just said they were all great.

it's almost tied with Bloodborne, for me, but I think that Bloodborne is overall the better game, so it gets the edge.

I do think that Dark Souls 3 is amazing, though, and I agree with what you said.

I said they were great because it's a great game and it has all those great aspects. But compared to the rest of the series, I simply think every other game is better in each of those aspects. I don't hate Demon's Souls, but I do think DkS 1-3 and Bloodbourne are better games in all those ways.

Also, all those things you said that you get enjoyment out of are all in the rest of the Souls games, unless you just rushed through them and didn't catch any of them.

Bloodborne has a bland world and shitty finicky combat. It's bosses ARE cool, but I can't forgive the game for fucking up the online. Seriously? NO HUMANITY/EMBERS?? Half the fun of these games is the fact that giving yourself an advantage also presents a risk. "Uh well the bells work exactly the same." ...Seriously?! If I have to explain tthe difference between the two to you, why are you even playing these games?? Also not to mention the fact that the covenants are completely ruined and only affect PVP in two ways that are almost guaranteed to never occur, especially now that the game is DEAD. Thank god DS3 fixed it, but just watch L-den Ring come along and take a massive dump over a perfect sytsem.
