Airhammy 01/27/21 6:34:35 PM #5:	Fun film, but yeah the CGI battle at the end was horrible. Best characters were Kimberly and Dulcea ;) Loved the new suits and Command Center. Wished they were used on the show. Ivan was a great villain. Enjoyed Goldar's new look. Lord Zedd was even more intimidating. Always wondered why they didn't use Carla for Rita and instead got a new actress. The Tengu Warriors were good too. The morphing sequence was out of order. For season 2 it was spliced until they just gave up and turned Tommy into the White Ranger. Season 3 they did some new fight stuff with the old costumes and then went back to Sentai footage for Zeo IIRC. --- A garbage pod!? (A bit more amusing because footage of that same Japanese girl was used earlier in t episode as a flashback to another planet) also, at the beginning of season 2, if you freeze frame at the right time, you can see shots of the Dino Megazord being attacked instead of the Thunderzord, since they were still trying to exhaust the Zyu2 footage. That being said I feel Ron's music declined in quality starting with Turbo. Downside to this scene are the Putty costumes. Whenever you see Zyuranger footage with the Golems they actually seem like monsters, but Saban's more silky Putties always looked like people in a costume. It's great to see the Rangers face Goldar head on in American footage. First why is the Trini stunt actor lagging behind so badly at the start? They couldn't refilm that? The final group shot as they're all fighting. Some like Billy are going full force against the Putty while others like Tommy and Kimberly are lightly nudging them, and Jason keeps posing with the Putty looking at his chest like he's about to blow up.
