It seems there was a recent incident, I don't know the details. All I know is the end result, and that is that I had to go around with a label gun and put "Do Not Drink" on all of our sanitizer dispensers and bottles. I work at a hotel/casino so we have a lot. I just wonder if it was a customer or employee, wouldn't be surprised either way.
