Quite a few years ago now I went to a therapist. She was freaking useless. Was convinced my anxiety and depression was caused because I dont eat enough and have a bad sleep schedule.

I have too-hard basket IBS and dont eat anything when Im at work or out, because I pay for it. I have wicked bad insomnia. Yet her solution was sleep better and eat more.

She had a massive hard on for Freud and Eric Berne.
