And then later on this social media post was made, what are your thoughts on this?
"The year is 2021 and there are still scumbags who lie about STD's/STI's. Someone told my friend they were clean and ended up giving them a permanent sexual disease. If you date a partner while you know you are infected with any sexual pathogen, you are a genuine filth of a human being for spreading your infection to others. There is no such thing as "1% transmission if I'm on anti-virals", it's still a chance of spreading you vile, trash. 30 million Americans have some form of an STD, lately on the rise are HSV I & II (Genital/Oral Herpes). If you can't find a partner in YOUR pool of 30 million there is something wrong with you. If you cant respect the majority of us in society who value our health and are in the clean pool, go to hell. Hearing horror stories that happen to my friends are genuinely scary as an individual in my late 20's who's looking to get married and seeks a serious relationship. You never know who is lying about anything. Dating just isn't enjoyable anymore living in a scummy society. Has a point but wtf at the finding someone with the same disease to date lol. Like are you supposed to put "Hey I have genital warts looking for a loving person who has the same!" on your dating profile? Lol

Speaking as someone who was infected with a permanent STD by someone with an ulterior motive, that post still comes off as a bit harsh.

If you know you have a disease then you have no business sleeping with someone unless they disclose that they have a disease as well. It's not fair and it's morally unethical to put someone at risk.
