After hearing people talk about the difficulty constantly I came into it expecting it to be pretty extreme, but the bosses are growing increasingly easier. Stray Demon can't even hit you once you bother to back up during the shockwaves. Moonlight Butterfly was ... was it even a boss? Lame. Quelaag took a couple tries, but was pretty easy. Latest was this Iron Golem dude, with the most telegraphed attacks ever and open to attacks like the entire fight. The Bell Gargoyles and Capra Demon were pretty tough, but I hope they throw out another boss that's actually challenging soon.

There's a few hard fights but in general Dark Souls is the easiest game in the series.
