A friend's dad once cooked duck tacos with mango sauce. They were absolutely delicious and I was one of the worst picky eaters you'll ever meet. He passed away a few years ago.

Anyway, you should look for a place where they serve good duck if you wanna try it.

Duck is a richer, gamier poultry. It's also easier to screw up than chicken, because you have to render the fat right, but it's goddamned delicious as long as it's done right.

Duck is to chicken like deer is to beef. It's gamey, not quite as tasty but generally overpriced for some reason. It's not bad, but i'm not gonna go out of my way to eat it.
