So I'm Married

We've been on and off over the last 3 years

When separated I did meet other women. I had a very bad experience meeting a messed up high functioning alcoholic she has now gone. But she really messed with my head

Now I've met a new woman who ticks every box. She is a few years older than me. She is independent and has a number of properties so is also financially independent. I feel like i have nothing to offer back to her though, due to my marriage breakup. She likes me a lot but i want to take it slow.
Am i being stupid to take it slow? or should i jump straight in.
I say she ticks every box and it's true. She is amazing... but for some reason... I don't feel the same as i did with the other woman.. I wonder if its because i'm more cautious to let go and give my all
