The swelling and pain only really happen to me in extreme instances, usually my hands and feet are just ice cold and in varying degrees of numbness. Theyre also usually purple, and that is super embarrassing when people notice. Im honestly a little worried that constantly having such poor blood flow will end up causing nerve damage in my hands, leaving me unable to play music. On really bad days it actually does make it considerably harder to do my work and perform tasks requiring any degree of precision.

if you suffer from it, how bad is it and how do you personally mitigate it? Im real sick of just dealing with it if putting on an extra pair of socks and bundling up doesnt help.

purple hands general

It seems like a minor thing reading about it, but living in near constant discomfort, often pain, is hell, as is not knowing what youll actually be capable of doing with your hands on any given day
