If you can appreciate exceptional gameplay and atmosphere, but horrible story and acting, you will enjoy it. I give it a 9/10 and I absolutely hated the story (the parts i remember)

I've only played a few hours before my PS4 damaged my disc, but it's mostly a walking simulator, like others have said, however, there's a bit of strategy to it and there's also combat, too.

Game is amazing. But as stated, the first 3 chapters are the intro and you need to get past it before it gets really good. Bad news is its like 5 hours long.

I was thinking of picking this up on PSN too but I'm turned off my the walking simulator talk...is there actually a fair amount of combat or is it really just mainly carrying supplies everywhere?

I would say there's enough combat and stealth. There's multiple ways to go about most encounters. And there's some segments that are action heavy.
