It takes a second for any transaction to come out of my account, but it takes a week for any charge back to drop back in? I want to tell you to take money out of your own bank, to save on those fees (which are higher than youre claiming) but I honestly dont believe that the banks banks dont have ATMs placed in such a way. To clarify the brackets: The $3.50 is just the fee youre paying the owner of that ATM (which is not your banks ATM your banks ATM wont charge you any fee) to withdraw the cash. Your bank then charges you a fee on top of that, essentially for using an ATM that isnt theirs. The ATM wont tell you this because its not your banks ATM and isnt required to. Didn't exchange it at the border since usually border sellers are rip-off artists.
